Job summary
EA Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting a technician/engineer to support PLC, SCADA and automation projects from implementation to commissioning.
You will perform PLC programming, configuration, testing and troubleshooting, and coordinate site activities at Hougang / Northeast.
This role offers solid exposure to PLC, SCADA and control systems with a structured workday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automation / Control & Instrumentation Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, configuration or troubleshooting.
- Experience with SCADA, HMI, RTU or related control systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support PLC, SCADA and automation/control system projects from implementation to commissioning.
- Perform PLC programming, configuration, modification, testing and troubleshooting.
- Support system installation, integration, testing & commissioning of PLC and related control equipment.
- Troubleshoot system faults and provide technical support for installed systems.
- Carry out system upgrading, modification and enhancement works.
- Coordinate project activities with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Attend site surveys, project meetings and testing activities.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, drawings, test reports and project records.
- Support maintenance and rectification works for existing systems when required.
- Ensure works are carried out according to project, technical and safety requirements.
