Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate for the Assurance Transformation team to design and implement automation solutions across audit processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements using Power Platform, Python/Alteryx, and cloud AI tools.

The role emphasizes data analytics, automation delivery, governance, and ongoing stakeholder engagement, with sponsorship for work visas and collaboration with onshore/offshore teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in data analytics, process automation, digital transformation or related field.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Python and/or Alteryx.
• Experience delivering automation end-to-end with requirements, development, validation, deployment and documentation.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud AI platforms and integrating LLM capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity about evolving technologies and proactive application in solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process automation: design, develop, test and support automation solutions.
• Data automation and analytics: build automated data prep, validation, reporting and insights.
• Technology enablement: coordinate software, system and infra requirements for automation.
• Delivery and continuous improvement: monitor outcomes, resolve issues and enhance solutions.
• Assurance technology adoption: support tools and stakeholder engagement.
• Compliance and governance: ensure automation meets information security and data privacy rules.
