Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Process Improvement and End User Automation Manager in Singapore. You will drive productivity, efficiency and data-driven decisions through automation, analytics, and process optimization using Alteryx, Power Platform, Agentic AI, and other low-code tools.

Responsibilities include designing automated workflows, building dashboards, leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders to scale digital solutions while reducing operational risk and improving

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Analytics/Engineering/Finance/Business or related field.
Experience leading automation and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop data analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for business decisions.
Design automated data preparation, cleansing, transformation and validation workflows.
Develop dashboards and management reporting using Power BI.
Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Design and maintain automation workflows using Power Platform, Alteryx, and other tools.
Partner with stakeholders to implement scalable digital solutions.
