Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking an Equipment Technician to support our automated manufacturing lines at the Pioneer facility. You will minimize downtime, execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot line stoppages, and assist in line set‑ups to maintain output and quality.

We expect at least 3 years in an automated line environment and a technical diploma. You will work with engineers and production teams in a dynamic, 5S workplace with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience in an automated line environment.
• ITC or Diploma in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering – minimum requirement.
• Experience with servo motors and intelligent PCs is an added advantage.
• Ability to distinguish between coloured wires, signals, indicators, or labels for safe performance.

Responsibilities

• Minimize equipment downtime and ensure production meets target output and yield.
• Execute preventive maintenance and provide line support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production stoppages due to equipment issues.
• Document and report line stoppages due to equipment or technical issues.
• Participate in line set-up activities and support continuous improvement projects.
