Job summary

FONG'S ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING PTE LTD is seeking a skilled technician to provide technical support and to service, maintain and repair automation line equipment. The role involves operating, setting up and troubleshooting automation lines, managing spare parts inventory and guiding operators on daily operations.

Additional duties include performing performance tests, evaluating processes, providing feedback for improvements, updating documentation and start-up forms, and maintaining tools

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support.
• Services, maintains & repairs automation line & equipments.
• Operates, setup & troubleshoot automation line & equipments.
• Manages spare parts inventory.
• Guides & directs operators on basic operation of automation line & equipments.
• Perform performance test runs & evaluates processes.
• Provides feedbacks & improvements of the automation line & equipments.
• Performs document & file process changes, start up forms, Preventive Maintenance(PM) schedules.
• Maintains & upkeep of tools, gauges & test equipments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
