Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte Ltd in Singapore's Advanced Manufacturing hub at Pioneer Crescent is seeking a Line Shift Leader to coordinate daily production line activities and support on-time build schedules. You will monitor operators, uphold safety and SOPs, and guide line performance on the shop floor.

You will also contribute to manpower deployment, line inventory control, and production reporting while driving 5S discipline and continuous improvement on the production line.

Qualifications

• Experience in production line operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SOPs, work instructions and line certification requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production build schedules for timely execution.
• Monitor operators to ensure adherence to safety and SOPs.
• Motivate operators to maintain high production standards while increasing output.
• Maintain records of operator performance and attendance.
• Ensure line materials and inventory are available as required.
• Escalate line issues to Supervisors and coordinate with technicians.
• Uphold 5S standards and good housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Support manpower deployment and discipline on the production line.
• Prepare line production reports and assist inventory tracking.
• Guide Senior Operators in production planning and execution.
