Job summary

AMTSOL is seeking an experienced DeltaV Commissioning Support Engineer to join our Singapore team. You will provide commissioning support, modify control logic, manage change control, and update documentation to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in DeltaV commissioning, hands-on experience with FAT/SAT, and strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients in a fast-paced life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on DeltaV commissioning and support.
• Experience in change control and documentation practices.
• Exposure to FAT/SAT, site commissioning and operator training.

Responsibilities

• Provide commissioning support for Emerson DeltaV systems (V13–15).
• Perform logic/code modifications as per site and process requirements.
• Manage change control processes in alignment with project and compliance standards.
• Update and maintain technical documentation (FDS, DDS, FAT/SAT reports, change logs).
• Conduct system diagnostics, IO checks, and loop testing during commissioning.
• Support FAT/SAT execution and coordinate with client teams for approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.

• Exposure to FAT/SAT execution, site commissioning, and operator training.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
• Certifications in DeltaV Batch, SIS, or related modules.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
