AMTSOL is actively seeking an experienced DeltaV Commissioning Support Engineer for our Singapore team to drive successful project execution and regulatory compliance across life sciences installations.

The role emphasizes commissioning support, code modification, change control, and meticulous documentation updates aligned with industry standards. The candidate should have 6+ years of DeltaV experience and a pharmaceutical background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on DeltaV commissioning experience required.
• Strong knowledge of logic development, code modification, and batch implementation.
• Experience in change control management and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with third-party communication protocols (Modbus, OPC).
• Exposure to FAT/SAT execution, site commissioning, and operator training.

Responsibilities

• Provide commissioning support for Emerson DeltaV systems (V13-15).
• Perform logic/code modifications as per site and process requirements.
• Manage change control processes in alignment with project and compliance standards.
• Update and maintain technical documentation (FDS, DDS, FAT/SAT reports, change logs).
• Conduct system diagnostics, IO checks, and loop testing during commissioning.
• Support FAT/SAT execution and coordinate with client teams for approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
