Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our software development team, oversee technical development, mentor developers, ensure software quality, and deliver projects on schedule.

You will guide design, architecture, and standards, review code, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet requirements while driving secure, scalable applications and effective DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or senior programming role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
