Job summary

ResMed in Singapore is seeking an Industrial Engineer (Automation, Warehouse Systems & Automated Material Flow) to design, implement, and optimise automated solutions across global operations.

You will work with AMRs/AGVs, conveyors, AS/RS, and digital warehouse systems, collaborating with Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain to drive efficiency, quality and reliability in delivering life-changing medical devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–6 years’ experience in warehouse automation or automated material handling.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with SAP EWM, MES, and IoT platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize automated material flow and warehouse systems to enhance efficiency and traceability.
• Implement and integrate automation solutions (AGVs, AMRs, conveyors, AS/RS) with SAP EWM, MES, and IoT platforms.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Collaborate across global teams to support digital transformation and operational excellence.
