Job summary

RN CARE PTE. LTD. is looking for a software engineer specializing in automated manufacturing systems in Singapore. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic engineering/Computer science or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the automation industry.
• Proficient in PC based programming (e.g., Visual C#).
• Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Omron/Beckhoff).
• Familiar with various Motion Controllers/Actuators (e.g., IAI, AD Link).
• Familiar with vision systems (e.g., Cognex).

Responsibilities

• Designing and programming software for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshooting systems and maintaining legacy code.
• Designing software for automation control, motion controllers, and vision systems.
• Reviewing, debugging, and improving existing legacy code.
• Diagnosing and fixing software issues on deployed equipment.
• Liaising with customers to gather requirements.
• Writing user manuals and technical reports.
