Job summary

Salesforce is hiring for Hyperforce on Alibaba Cloud Production Support Engineering. The role focuses on proactive automation, reliability, and 24/7 service delivery for Salesforce engineering teams running on Alibaba Cloud.

You will detect and resolve outages, extend monitoring, and drive improvements in service design, with a strong emphasis on incident management and cross‑functional coordination across development, infrastructure, and support teams.

Qualifications

5+ years infrastructure and applications systems engineering experience in enterprise-scale Internet services.
Experience with public clouds via CLI/SDKs and automation (Alibaba or AWS preferred).
6+ years with Java, Python or Go; Unix/Linux internals; TCP/IP and load balancing basics.
Strong troubleshooting, ownership, and incident management during Sev0/Sev1 events.
Experience building with automation tools and observability for large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

Detect, investigate, and resolve system failures across infrastructure and Java apps.
Develop observability tooling; monitor services and improve reliability via design changes.
Lead cross-team collaboration to resolve incidents and drive operational excellence.
