Referment is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Singapore to support day-to-day processing of invoices, payment runs and validation of requests with local teams, Treasury and Settlements.

You will drive automation by identifying repetitive tasks and building practical solutions using Excel Macros/VBA, Power Query and Python, with SAP/ERP familiarity and strong Excel skills to improve accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree or diploma in accountancy or finance.
• Experience in accounts payable in high-volume environments.
• Interest in automation and process improvement in finance.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices and prepare payment runs.
• Validate payment requests with local teams, Treasury and Settlements.
• Resolve payment queries with business units and banks.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive AP tasks.
• Build solutions using Excel Macros/VBA, Power Query and Python.
• Provide backup coverage for AP teammates and support reporting.
