Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
• Proficient with 3D CAD; Creo and SolidWorks advantageous.
• Experience interpreting engineering data and standards.
• Willingness to travel internationally to work with customers.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, documents, prototypes, and validates new automation products.
• Design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and concurrent engineering.
• Detail fabrication, assembly, and layout drawings.
• Selection and sizing of standard components available off the shelf.
• Undertake new product development or sustaining engineering/CIPs.
• Research new automation technologies and continuous improvement.
• Develop a plan for equipment installation and validation at sites.
• Work with customers to gather requirements and execute plans.
• Solve problems during installation and volume manufacturing.
• Drive optimization, QA, cost reduction, and user experience improvements.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
