is seeking a Digital Transformation Engineer to lead and support digital initiatives that boost operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation in a manufacturing setting. You will collaborate with Business, Technology, Data, and Security teams, design data models and dashboards, implement automation, and ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Strong communication across teams and business value translation.
• 3+ years in digital transformation or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point for end-to-end digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, IT, and vendors to gather requirements.
• Design data models, dashboards, and reports to drive KPIs.
• Develop automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Provide application support and training for digital tools.
• Research and adopt emerging digital technologies for manufacturing.
• Ensure secured, scalable architecture compliant with data protection.
