Job summary

Legrand Singapore offers a 6-month full-time internship to support the Production team in analyzing operational data and developing automation solutions using Microsoft Excel and Power Automate.

You will build dashboards, automate workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while documenting processes and ensuring data accuracy. This role provides practical exposure to process improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Power Automate or a willingness to learn automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment and engaging with operational stakeholders.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize operational data to generate reports and insights.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Identify manual and repetitive tasks and recommend automation or process improvements.
• Support Production team in streamlining daily operations through digitalisation and workflow optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and propose practical solutions.
• Assist in documenting business processes, SOPs, and process flows.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Support ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
