Job summary

Temasek in Singapore invites a high-potential student to join the Transaction Services team as an RPA & GenAI Automation Intern. You will design, prototype, and roll out automation solutions using RPA and GenAI to digitize manual processes, improve efficiency, and scale trade support activities.

You will gain exposure to both business operations and technology, collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders, and apply Agile practices to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and VB.NET.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Willingness to learn new business processes, systems, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of end-to-end business processes across trade support and related operations.
• Research, design, prototype, and implement RPA and GenAI solutions to automate workflows.
• Support ongoing trade capturing automation focusing on parsing unstructured trade details into structure, system-readable formats.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for reliability of automation solutions.
• Prepare clear technical and user documentation to support maintenance and handover.
• Collaborate with Operations and stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption.
• Apply Agile delivery practices to plan and deliver automation initiatives.
