Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore seeks an Automation & AI Intern to support Talent Acquisition Operations. You will help design and implement automation using Microsoft Power Automate and collaborate with our AI team to explore AI-powered recruitment solutions.

As an Early Talent professional, you’ll participate in exclusive events, mentored by an Early Career mentor, and contribute to process automation, AI-driven workflows, and chatbot initiatives within a large organization.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in IS/CS/Engineering or related field.
Hands-on experience or strong interest in Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex processes.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
Good communication skills and willingness to engage users to understand requirements.
Interest in AI, Generative AI, chatbots, or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyze Talent Acquisition processes to identify automation and AI opportunities.
Design, build, test, and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency.
Translate business requirements into automation logic and workflow designs.
Partner with internal AI teams to support AI-powered tools and GPT-based solutions.
Assist in developing AI-driven query management, knowledge base, and ticket-routing workflows.
Conduct user testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation and AI solutions.
Document process flows, designs, guides, and configurations.
Monitor performance and recommend enhancements for user experience and efficiency.
Represent NCS at career fairs and campus events to engage emerging talent.
