Job summary

DELUGE FIRE PROTECTION (S.E.A.) You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain version control and audit readiness.

The role requires 1–3 years in document control, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple document workflows while supporting audits

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Construction, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of document control experience in construction, M&E, or fire protection industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control project documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.
• Coordinate issuance, revision, and distribution of drawings and docs to maintain version integrity.
• Maintain document registers, revision logs and transmittal records for audit readiness.
• Coordinate submissions and approvals with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure latest approved drawings are circulated to project teams to support execution.
• Monitor document status from submission to supersession and archiving.
• Assist teams with shop drawings, as-built drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
• Maintain filing and archiving per company and project standards for easy retrieval.
• Follow up on outstanding submissions to ensure timely completion.
• Support audits and handovers with required documentation.
