Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Audiology Consultant to perform comprehensive hearing assessments, evaluate hearing needs, and guide clients through solution selection.

You will conduct fittings, adjustments, and counselling to optimise satisfaction, provide after-sales support, and contribute to store operations and outreach initiatives while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Audiology.
• Prior experience in hearing care is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Perform accurate hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and provide professional counselling to optimise client satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including device fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering personalised service and ongoing hearing care support.
• Support hearing screening events, community outreach initiatives, and marketing campaigns to promote hearing health awareness.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, store cleanliness, and overall organisation.
• Manage the retail sales of hearing aids while working towards store revenue, sales, and service quality targets.

Qualifications for Audiology Consultant:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Audiology.
• Prior experience in the hearing care industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and medical specialists.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and clearly explain hearing assessment results.
