Job summary

SPH Media is hiring an Assistant Audience Growth Manager to lead audience development for its lifestyle brands in Singapore. You will drive growth through data-driven strategies, SEO optimization, and a video-first, social-first content approach aimed at Millennials and Gen Z.

You will report to the Audience Growth Lead and collaborate across editorial, technical, and sales teams to deliver measurable engagement and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing or related field with 6-7 years of experience.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager, and Sprout Social.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to drive YoY MAU and pageviews for lifestyle titles.
• Strengthen SEO and refresh evergreen content for long-term traffic.
• Optimize discovery points on the web to boost engagement and retention.
• Drive social discovery at scale and manage creator collaborations to convert reach into traffic.
