Job summary

Mediacorp SocialHub is seeking an experienced Social Content Strategist to lead audience-driven campaigns for brands. You will bridge storytelling with data, shaping social-first ideas that build communities and drive engagement.

You'll work across teams to craft compelling social content solutions aligned with client briefs, stay ahead of platform trends, and champion IPs with commercially savvy strategies. Collaboration and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business, Analytics or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in digital, content, or social strategy roles with measurable outcomes.
• Bonus: experience with social listening tools or working with creators.
• Strong grasp of social media trends and platforms; solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commissioning and production teams to brainstorm and shape thumb-stopping social content—from pitch to execution for brands.
• Craft social content proposals that balance brand storytelling with social entertainment, ensuring feasible campaigns.
• Stay plugged into cultural moments and platform evolutions, translating these into best-in-class campaigns and social products.
• Champion Mediacorp's social IPs and launch new IPs that are commercially savvy.
• Be the POC for Growth Commissioning to stay up to date on social IPs and review IP performance.
• Present strategies and campaign performance confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with media teams to ensure organic and paid strategies work hand in hand.
