Job summary

THALES SOLUTIONS ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks an Operational Analysis professional to define operation concepts and translate them into system requirements in collaboration with System Engineers.

You will build operational datasets, support product demos, and assist with validation and acceptance testing for international clients. You will also assist in training engineering teams, participate in project reviews, and help with system commissioning and transition activities, leveraging your aviation

Qualifications

• Operational Experience in TWR/APP/ACC; CAAS experience viewed favorably.
• Strong knowledge of ICAO standards, Eurocontrol regulations, and FAA rules.
• Experience in adaptation dataset preparation.
• Positive mindset with discovery, problem-solving culture and motivation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Define Operational Concept Descriptions (OCD) and User Scenarios (UOC) with System Engineers to translate operations needs into system requirements.
• Build and populate adaptation datasets; collaborate with software integration teams to automate dataset creation and validation; support product demos.
• Develop validation cases; participate in FAT/SAT with international clients; contribute to Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
• Provide training/mentoring to engineering teams on operational context and support system commissioning and transition activities.
