Job summary

Conventus Solutions Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification Manager (IVVQM) to define and run the IVV strategy for a major ATM system modernization programme. You will lead an IVV team, ensuring the solution meets contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements while driving milestones. The role requires relocation to Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven Air Traffic Management domain experience with standards such as ICAO, Eurocontrol and AIDC.
• 7+ years of test engineering experience on complex, software-centric, safety-critical systems.
• 2+ years in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Solid knowledge of systems and software engineering lifecycles (e.g. EIA 632, ISO/IEC 15288).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with broad stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading and mentoring multi-skilled engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the project IVV and transition strategy.
• Develop and maintain the IVVQ Plan.
• Define and monitor IVV KPIs and suggest performance improvements.
• Lead IVV technical gate reviews with internal teams and customers.
• Support bids with engineering cost estimates for modifications.
• Collaborate with customers across Asia Pacific and worldwide.
• Promote knowledge sharing and reuse across projects.
• Ensure delivery in line with approved baselines and schedules.
