Job summary

ANOTECH ENERGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a System Integration Engineer (IVVQ) to lead and supervise integration, verification, and validation efforts for defense and supporting systems. You will ensure adherence to requirements and quality standards with efficient test planning and reporting.

Role requires coordinating with project engineers, managing test resources, and contributing to bid scopes. Strong expertise in Unix/Linux, defect management, and test automation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years' related experience in Verification/Validation of large integrated systems.
• Experience with Unix/Linux/Android systems.
• Knowledge of defect reporting, characterization, and management workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret requirement documentation and use of requirements tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving to identify potential issues.
• Experience with functional tests, user scenario tests, and test automation.
• Experience writing test cases.
• Comfortable with troubleshooting IT software & hardware.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IVV activities.
• Decide on test strategy, modules and practices.
• Create and conduct System Test plan and report.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers (SEM) to agree on testing durations and risks.
• Efficiently manage test resources (staff, software & hardware).
• Manage defects and engineering changes for the customer.
• Contribute to estimation, planning and execution of IVV activities.
• Coordinate activities with a global team.
• Participate in bid activities providing scope and costing.
