Job summary

Qualcomm Global Trading Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks Digital Test Engineers to develop Automated Test Equipment code and test methods for silicon validation and manufacturing enablement.

You will collaborate with Design, DFT, Process, Product and Manufacturing Engineers to deliver robust test solutions in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hardware engineering or related work, with hands-on experience on Advantest 93K or Teradyne UFlex/IFlex and strong programming skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hardware engineering or testing experience.
• Experience with automated test equipment and test method development.
• Background in semiconductor test and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) code and test methods for silicon validation and manufacturing enablement.
• Collaborate with Design, DFT, Process, Product and Manufacturing Engineers on test solutions.
• Support New Product Introduction and silicon characterization activities.
