Job summary

Best NanoTech is seeking an experienced ATE Test Engineer based in India who is willing to relocate to Singapore. You will develop, debug and release semiconductor ATE test programs through first-silicon to production, spanning digital, analog, mixed-signal and RF devices.

You will own characterization, correlation, and test-cost improvements across multiple sites. Preferred experience includes V93K/V93000 SmarTest 7/8 and UltraFLEX, with PMIC, digital, RF or mixed-signal product background.

Qualifications

• 2-10+ years of semiconductor test, product, validation, hardware or manufacturing-test experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related discipline.
• Hands-on laboratory, ATE and production-test experience relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug ATE test programs for characterization, qualification and high-volume manufacturing.
• Support first-silicon bring-up, device characterization and production readiness.
• Develop and debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, functional and MBIST patterns.
• Perform PVT characterization and analyze parametric/functional failures.
• Correlate test results across bench, wafer sort and multiple production sites.
• Optimize test coverage, test time, multisite efficiency and overall test cost.
• Investigate yield excursions and work with design, DFT, product, quality and foundry teams.
• Support tester, handler, prober and test-interface integration.
• Prepare technical reports, release documentation and production handoff packages.
• Support NPI, qualification lots and volume ramp.
