Job summary

Rico Engineering Works (RICO) is seeking a capable leader to manage daily operations for fire protection maintenance services in Singapore. You will drive client engagement, oversee maintenance teams, and pursue new service contracts to grow the business.

The role focuses on delivering preventive and corrective maintenance outcomes, training team members, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure quality service and profitable contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITC in Engineering.
• Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles for site visits and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure team efficiency and timely completion of fire protection maintenance tasks
• Deliver On-The-Job Training to enhance team members’ technical skills and service capabilities
• Identify and secure new service contracts and repair work to expand business opportunities
• Communicate proactively with clients to follow up on outstanding quotations and maintain strong relationships
• Guide and support team members in executing preventive and corrective maintenance on fire protection systems
