Job summary

WONDER FOOT 8 is seeking a dedicated Foot Spa Assistant Manager in Singapore to support a fast-paced shop environment. You will greet clients, manage appointments, handle payments, and ensure a clean, organized space.

You will be responsible for scheduling for internal staff, serving walk-ins, and maintaining daily transaction records. The role requires strong customer service, bilingual communication, and a willingness to learn. Weekend and public holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English; Chinese a plus.
• Able to work 9am–10pm including weekends and public holidays.
• Singapore citizens, PR or long-term visit pass holders welcomed to apply.
• Comfortable handling cash and basic payments processing.
• Willing to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
• Manage customer appointments on various platforms and senior staff schedules.
• Greet customers and provide excellent service; handle walk-ins.
• Process payments and close daily transactions.
• Maintain accuracy of daily receipts and cash register.
• Assist with client service preparation and shop cleanup.
• Cross-sell packages or services when appropriate.
• Engage loyal customers and remember preferences.
• Restock products and ensure shop renewals are in place.
• Schedule internal staff appointments and plan accordingly.

Job Scope

• Working hours 9am to 10pm. Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
• Daily shop opening and prep. Daily shop closing.
• Bilingual, able to liaise with english & chinese speaking customers.
• Manage appointments, bookings and serve walk-ins. Provide excellent customer service, including greeting clients.
• Schedule and plan appointments for internal staff.
• Handle customer payment transactions and manage the cash register.
• Tabulate and close daily shop transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop, restocking products, and cleaning tools.
• Assist with client service preparation and clean-up.
• Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their preferences.
• Cross-sell packages or services, when appropriate.
• Do your best to ensure all customers leave our shop satisfied with our services.
