Job summary

National Arts Council in Singapore is seeking a proactive finance professional to join the procurement team. The role covers the full spectrum of procurement activities within the government framework, including business process reengineering.

You will review updates, evaluate requests, drive process improvements, support system enhancements, and undertake ad-hoc projects to strengthen efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Government Instruction Manual on Procurement preferred.
• Some financial knowledge will be required.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical, resourceful, proactive and results-oriented team player with strong customer focus.
