Our client is one of the leading players in the medical devices manufacturing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a multiple headcounts of Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical design and development of systems, subsystems and components for medical device products.
- Translate product requirements into electrical specifications, system architecture and design solutions.
- Develop circuit schematics, PCB designs and engineering documentation using relevant ECAD tools.
- Design and evaluate analog, digital, mixed-signal and power circuits for product applications.
- Develop embedded control, motor control, sensor and power management solutions.
- Work with firmware and software teams to ensure effective hardware and software integration.
- Support the development of communication interfaces and data acquisition functions.
- Plan and carry out prototyping, electrical testing, design verification and troubleshooting.
- Use laboratory equipment and test setups to assess product performance and resolve technical issues.
- Support design reviews, risk assessments, compliance testing and technical documentation for product development.
- Work with internal engineering teams to drive design improvements, root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronics design, or embedded systems
- Skills in circuit design, schematic development, PCB design and ECAD tools would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of analog, digital, mixed-signal and power electronics.
- Experience with embedded systems, motor control, sensor integration or power delivery will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with electrical testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers, multimeters or similar instruments.
