Job summary

FutureForward is expanding its Associate Trainer pool in Singapore to support upcoming learning and development projects. We welcome experienced trainers who can engage diverse learner groups including children, youths, tertiary students and adults.

Engagements will be offered on a freelance or project basis according to programme requirements and trainer availability. This is a freelance or project-based opportunity; successful applicants will be contacted for suitable programmes based on

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant training, facilitation or educational experience.
• Experience conducting training for Primary School, Secondary School, Tertiary/Pre-University and Adults.
• Strong facilitation, communication and participant-engagement skills.
• Comfortable facilitating interactive activities, discussions, role plays and scenario-based learning.
• Able to adapt facilitation approaches to different age groups and learner profiles.
• Relevant training, facilitation or educational qualifications/certifications are advantageous.
• Experience working with schools, government agencies, community organisations or large-scale programmes is advantageous.

This is not a full-time position. Successful applicants will be included in FutureForward's Associate Trainer pool and contacted for upcoming projects based on programme requirements, experience and availability.
