Job summary

CODERS PASSION PTE. LTD. seeks freelance trainers to deliver hands-on STEM lessons in Coding, Digital Media, and Robotics for students from primary to secondary levels in Singapore.

The role involves running enrichment programmes in schools or learning centres, teaching Scratch, Python, LEGO Spike Prime, Canva, and video editing, while maintaining a dynamic, inclusive classroom and assisting with training kits and equipment setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching or training children/youth.
• MOE IRS registration is highly preferred or eligible to register.
• Proficiency in at least two areas: coding, robotics, or media.
• Ability to travel to various school locations across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Deliver STEM/STEAM enrichment programmes, workshops, and camps in schools or learning centres.
• Teach concepts across Coding (Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript), Media (video editing, digital art, animation), and Robotics (LEGO Spike, Arduino, Micro:bit).
• Manage classrooms effectively, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and highly engaging learning environment.
• Provide constructive feedback on student progress and project showcases.
• Assist with the setup, inventory management, and packing of training kits and equipment.

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, dynamic, and tech-savvy

Freelance Trainers

to deliver engaging, hands-on lessons in

Coding, Digital Media, and Robotics

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver STEM/STEAM enrichment programmes, workshops, and camps in schools or learning centres.
• Teach concepts across Coding (e.g., Scratch, Python), Media (e.g., video editing, digital art, animation), and Robotics (e.g., LEGO Spike, Arduino, Micro:bit).
• Manage classrooms effectively, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and highly engaging learning environment.
• Provide constructive feedback on student progress and project showcases.
• Assist with the setup, inventory management, and packing of training kits and equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two of the following areas: Coding: Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, or JavaScript. Robotics: LEGO Mindstorms/Spike Prime, Micro:bit, Arduino, or Makeblock. Media: Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Stop-motion, or 3D modeling.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching or training children/youth (experience in MOE schools is a significant advantage).
• Certifications: MOE IRS (Instructor Registration System) registration is highly preferred (or eligibility to register).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, high energy, patience, and strong classroom management.
• Ability to travel to various school locations across Singapore.
