Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of software/reliability engineering experience.
• Strong command of Java 17+ and concurrent programming concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proven experience running high-availability production environments and incident response.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS), Kubernetes and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Define and defend SLOs, error budgets, and reliability standards for critical services.
• Lead incident response for latency-sensitive trade lifecycle systems.
• Automate remediation and AI-driven operations across the SDLC.
• Design high-availability, multi-region, cloud-native services with observability built in.
