Job summary

Ambition Singapore is partnering with a leading global investment management firm to hire a Senior Java Risk Developer in Singapore. You will join the Risk Technology team building mission-critical, low-latency risk systems that support trading, pricing, and risk decisioning across markets.

Requirements include 3+ years in software engineering, a CS degree (Bachelor's or Master's), strong Java, AWS/cloud-native, SQL and Python, plus excellent communication and quantitative finance interest.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science
• Strong hands-on Java development
• Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies
• Familiarity with SQL and Python
• Experience in top tech firms or high-performance engineering environments is highly desirable
• Good mathematical abilities, with interest or exposure to quantitative finance
• Strong communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders
