Job summary

DCI CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an IT infrastructure professional to maintain and support security systems, CCTV, VMS, and related networks at West sites and project locations. You will work on server, network, and cybersecurity tasks with minimal supervision while coordinating with team members.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in IT or related field and at least 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure maintenance, with certifications considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT infrastructure maintenance, system administration or security operations.
• Experience with CCTV/surveillance systems is advantageous.
• Certifications in cybersecurity or network security are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for IT and security system infrastructure.
• Support CCTV and VMS systems including surveillance servers and devices.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to servers, networks and cybersecurity solutions.
• Monitor system health, investigate faults, and maintain availability.
• Participate in weekly standby and after-hours support as rostered.
• Document maintenance activities and generate technical reports.

Education

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for IT and security system infrastructure.
• Support the operation and maintenance of CCTV and video management systems, including surveillance servers, network devices, and security appliances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to servers, workstations, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Monitor system health, investigate faults, and implement corrective actions to maintain system availability.
• Participate in standby duty and after-office-hours support according to a weekly roster.
• Work independently during fault investigations and recovery activities while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Support system upgrades, patch management, cybersecurity compliance activities, and maintenance exercises.
• Maintain proper documentation, maintenance records, and technical reports.

Technical Competencies

• Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of:
• Network switches and routers
  Windows Server environments
  Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers
  Workstations and endpoint devices
  Familiarity with CCTV systems, video management systems (VMS), video analytics, and surveillance network architectures.
  Experience with Milestone Video Management System (VMS) is preferred.
  Experience supporting large-scale CCTV or surveillance systems will be an added advantage.
• Experience with cybersecurity and monitoring solutions, including:
  Tenable Vulnerability Assessment (VA) platform
  Data Access Management (DAM) solutions
  Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms
  Trellix security products
  Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions
  Backup and recovery solutions
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting, system administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with Milestone Video Management System (VMS) or similar CCTV management platforms is preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale CCTV or surveillance systems will be an added advantage.
• Experience in cameras firmware updates

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure maintenance, system administration, network support, or security operations.
• Experience in CCTV, surveillance systems, or physical security systems will be an added advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, CCNA, Security+, CEH, or equivalent are advantageous.

Other Requirements

• Must be a Singapore Citizen.
• Must be willing to participate in a weekly standby rotation and provide after-hours support when required.
• Able to travel to project sites for maintenance and support activities.
• Candidates with a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence will be preferred.
