Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced security systems professional to install and manage IP CCTV, access control, EKMS, and VMS solutions across APAC projects. You will conduct site surveys, read as-built drawings, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure project success.

The role requires hands-on hardware/software administration, network configuration, and the ability to work with complex documentation while maintaining SLAs. Strong communication and independent work is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in security surveillance hardware and software administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with IP CCTV, EACS, EKMS, VMS systems.
• Site implementation (network, system, infra, applications) and management of integrated perimeter, video surveillance and analytics system.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to meet service delivery levels.
• Read and interpret as-built drawings, floor plans for site surveys.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and communicate with team members, partners and clients.
• Understand technical documentation, manuals, and as-built system drawings.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge and hands on experience working with software and hardware systems in the area of:
• IP CCTV System
• Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS)
• Electronic Key Management System (EKMS)
• Video Management System (VMS)
• Network Connectivity & Router Configuration
• Site implementation (network, system, infra, applications) and management of a state-of-the-art integrated perimeter, video surveillance and video analytics security system.
• Work closely with team members to meet client’s service delivery level agreement
• Able to work and coordinates with contractors and clients
• Able to read and orientate as-built drawing, floor plan, etc. as to conduct site survey
• Well oriented in direction and diagrams
• Understands technical documentation, manuals, as-built system drawings etc.
• Works independently without supervision and communicates well with team members, partners, and clients
