Having launched our platform in Q2 2025, we have grown exponentially and are delighted to welcome the next member of our team into our expanding business.

Due to strong client demand, multiple preferred supplier agreements, and continued growth across APAC, the Middle East and ANZ, we are looking to hire a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role will sit within one of our core sectors: Renewable Energy & Energy Storage | Cleaner Power & Grid | Green Data Centres | Impact Investment.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Vertex Search, you will operate a full 360 desk, managing client relationships, delivering high-quality search assignments and building long-term partnerships across your chosen sector.

You will recruit across technical, commercial or investment profiles, working closely with senior stakeholders at developers, Funds, PEs and IBs, IPPs, utilities, OEMs, EPCs, investors and digital infrastructure platforms. This is a hands-on, consultative role with exposure to retained search, specialist contingent hiring and project-based recruitment programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships across your sector, acting as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor over a transactional supplier
• Lead end-to-end recruitment assignments from briefing through to offer, resignation and onboarding
• Conduct deep market mapping and targeted talent identification across APAC, the Middle East and ANZ
• Engage and assess senior technical, commercial and investment professionals through a structured, consultative process
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network aligned to your market specialism
• Contribute to Vertex’s broader market intelligence, sector knowledge and brand presence

About You

• 2–5 years’ experience in recruitment or a related commercial environment
• Background in engineering, energy, infrastructure or a technical discipline is advantageous, but not essential
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
• Commercially minded, delivery-focused and motivated by quality outcomes
• Interest in energy transition, sustainability or infrastructure markets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance but collaborative environment

Extensive technical training, market support and mentoring will be provided. What matters most is curiosity, work ethic and the ability to build credibility with clients and candidates.
