You will support development and commercialisation, engaging with government agencies, regulators, partners and internal teams to progress licensing, offtake and contracts, while identifying risks and shaping commercial strategy.
Vertex Search is partnering with a leading international renewable energy developer on a major cross-border power project supplying renewable electricity into Singapore.
We are looking for an experienced energy professional to take a key role across the development and commercialisation of the project. This is a broad position sitting at the intersection of power markets, regulation, stakeholder management, project development and offtake, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the Singapore energy market.
You will support the development and commercialisation of a major renewable power import project, working closely with government agencies, regulators, project partners, customers and internal technical and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
Direct PPA and developer experience would be highly relevant, but we are equally interested in candidates with strong Singapore power-market, regulatory or technical-commercial backgrounds who can demonstrate the ability to transition into broader commercial ownership.
You should be commercially minded, comfortable operating across complex stakeholder groups and capable of understanding the interaction between regulation, project development, customer requirements and project bankability.
