Job summary
CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) in Singapore seeks a high‑performing Associate to bolster capital raising and investor engagement in its Private Capital Market team. You will conduct market intelligence, research prospective institutional investors, and support fundraising execution across activities.

Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in private capital markets or investor relations.
- Strong analytical, research and presentation capabilities with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market intelligence and research on prospective institutional investors.
- Monitor PERE market trends, fundraising benchmarks and competitor activity.
- Track NDAs and support creation of marketing collateral such as pitch decks.
- Assist in responses to investor due diligence requests (DDQs, RFIs).
- Prepare investor meeting briefs and roadshow materials for senior teams.
- Maintain investor CRM, generate pipeline reports and support board reporting.
