Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is a leading global real asset manager based in Singapore with a strong Asia footprint. This role supports Investment Management, Portfolio Management and Asset Management through financial modelling, market analysis, due diligence, and investor reporting.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to prepare reports, assist fundraising activities, and contribute to asset performance reviews, while developing skills in real estate finance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior knowledge in programming languages is advantageous.
• Meticulous and numbers-oriented, with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial modelling for project analysis and evaluation.
• Conduct market research on country, city, local area and real estate trends, with financial analysis.
• Assist in underwriting including due diligence through to deal completion.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management approvals.
• Portfolio monitoring and regular reporting to investors.
• Assist fund managers in fundraising activities and investor communications.
• Support asset management through performance analysis and cost control.
• Prepare annual property business plans and portfolio reports.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
