Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Associate Medical Laboratory Technologist (Diploma in Biomedical/ Biotechnology) to join West Hospital. The incumbent will perform specimen reception, preparation and packing, carry out specimen analysis, operate and troubleshoot analysers, and assist with telephone duties as needed while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Job requirements include a Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent and the ability to work three rotating shifts –

Qualifications

• Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
• To perform 3 rotating shifts - morning, afternoon and night shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen reception, preparation and packing of specimens
• Carry out specimen analysis, operate, maintain and troubleshoot the analysers
• Assist with telephone reception duties and ensure patients' bills are accurate and correct
• Adhere to department's standard operating procedures and safety requirements
