Job summary

Kulicke and Soffa is seeking an Associate Engineer in its Product Support Organization in Singapore. The role focuses on repairing and refurbishing goods, ensuring quality against schedules, and updating records after tasks are completed.

The candidate will perform troubleshooting, data collection, bonding, and testing of Mechatronics assemblies, while coordinating with materials planners to prevent shortages and accelerate issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the semiconductor/manufacturing industry preferred
• Able to troubleshoot and analyze machines and spares issues independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

• Create repair and refurbishment work orders
• Expedite support and coordinate material replenishment with planners
• Ensure materials are issued correctly per work order
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics per Troubleshooting Guide
• Bonding and data collection per Standard Work Instruction and Test Procedures
• Disassemble/assemble and test Mechatronics assemblies to SWI/TP
• Update system records upon completion
• Support Agility Training across Product Lines as assigned
• Perform other duties as required
