Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Precision/ Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Min 5 years working experience in CNC machines and equipment maintenance and repair works in the manufacturing environment
• Min 5 years working experience in building facilities in the manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• In charge of maintenance training on machinery for end users.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Plan and perform facilities tasks, upgrade and repair equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions.
• Maintain records of repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and purchase critical spares for preventive maintenance.
• Identify causes of potential failures and arrange preventive repair.
• Maintain housekeeping in maintenance areas and stores.
• Ensure compliance with in-house safety rules by vendors.
• Supervise contractors performing maintenance jobs.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
