Mighty Jaxx International Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to support our global legal team in IP management, contract drafting, and compliance. You will work closely with business units to handle licensing, disputes, and internal processes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Ideal candidates have 2+ PQE, strong drafting skills, and experience in IP, commercial, and corporate law, with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
Qualificações
- Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Singapore or another recognised common law jurisdiction.
- 2+ PQE with experience in contract drafting and IP work.
- Strong understanding of commercial, IP, and corporate law principles.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and maintain the IP portfolio across trademark and copyright matters.
- Draft and review licensing, sales, distribution, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
- Conduct legal research on IP, commercial, regulatory and cross-border issues.
- Support governance, board resolutions, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in designing scalable internal legal processes.
