in Singapore seeks a senior Interior Design professional to lead interior design projects from concept to completion, overseeing client communication and ensuring quality, timelines, and documentation. You will mentor junior designers, coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors, and maintain design excellence across hospitality projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in project liaison is essential.
• Proven experience in hospitality design.
• Knowledge of building codes and interior design principles.
• Excellent decision‑making skills under pressure.
• Superior communication, presentation, project management, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead design presentations and oversee project documentation.
• Manage coordination among consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage project timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee construction administration, including RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and site inspections.
