Job summary

Aedas Interiors Singapore is seeking an experienced FF&E specialist to lead the sourcing and specification of furniture, lighting and accessories for hospitality projects. You will collaborate with the design team to deliver integrated, high-quality interiors that meet brand standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in project liaison is essential.
• Proven experience in hospitality design.
• Knowledge of building codes and interior design principles.
• Excellent decision-making skills especially when under pressure.
• Superior communication, presentation, project management, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts, presentations and material boards.
• Source and specify furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes.
• Maintain FF&E schedules, specification and documentation.
• Stay updated on trends, products, and materials relevant to project needs.

Job Summary:

Specialises in FF&E selection and specification for hospitality and lifestyle projects. Works closely with the design team to deliver well-integrated, high-quality interiors.

Key Responsibilities:
