Job summary

Aedas is seeking a senior Architect to lead design and delivery across all project stages in Singapore. You will guide design teams, coordinate resources, and ensure technical excellence while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a minimum of 10–15 years of experience in design development, team leadership, and client interface, with proficiency in BIM (Revit Architecture) and excellent communication skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery across project stages from concept to completion.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 10 - 15 Years of experience in design development, team management and client interface.
• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential.
• Experience in mixed-use and infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage.
• Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture).
