Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineer to perform routine preventive maintenance and site corrective work. You will integrate hardware and software, implement projects, and conduct QA checks throughout execution.

The role requires PLC/SCADA experience, the ability to handle standby duties, and strong interpersonal skills for team and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Certificate in NITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of PLC experience; SCADA is a plus.
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task and coordinate tasks.
• Able to perform standby duties.
• Good interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Site maintenance and travelling is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive work and site corrective maintenance.
• Integrate hardware and software and implement projects.
• Execute integration/engineering/maintenance work and QA checks.
• Manage change control for applications, hardware deployment and documentation.
• Implement PLC/SCADA projects from concept to design and programming.
• Interface with SCADA & PLC programming.
• Meet with clients; prepare reports and documentation.
• Troubleshoot independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• To perform routine preventive work and site corrective maintenance
• Responsible for integration of both hardware & software work as well as implementation
• Carry out proper execution of the integration/engineering/maintenance work and QA Technical checks throughout project execution
• Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management & documentation
• Implantation of PLC/SCADA project from concept to design and programming
• Interface with SCADA & PLC programming
• Meeting with clients, reports and documentation
• Capable of performing troubleshooting independently

Requirements

• Possess certificate in NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or related discipline
• With at least 1 years of experience in PLC. With SCADA, it will be added advantage
• Able to work under pressure, multi task and good coordination of tasks
• Able to perform standby duties
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and in teams
• Site maintenance and travelling is required
