You will monitor quality using SPC, coordinate with cross-functional specialists, and participate in process-improvement initiatives while maintaining strict SOP adherence and safety standards.

Formación

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts and work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support silicon wafer production and ensure process integrity.
• Assist Engineers in qualification and fine-tuning of processes for production.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and minimize hold times.
• Monitor and improve the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools.
• Coordinate with specialists to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and SOPs are followed.
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects.
• Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality; work with QA on internal audits.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety in the production area.
